This is a poster art for a short film, set in 70s L.A about 3 friends who meet at a abused women’s help centre and decide to team up to take revenge on the abusers, it then also shows the implications of that violence upon the group.

In the design I wanted to show that 70s vibe in the grindhouse esque styling. The yellow LA sun graphic gave a metaphorical twist by having it melting down the page to symbolise the unhappiness behind of the idealised façade. I also got to illustrate the great Bruce Glover in this one which was a fun thing to do.
