This is a horror thriller about a documentary crew who go out to an isolated community following the legend of Elder Island. Based on the true events revolving around Beaver Island, Michigan, and King James Strang.

Among the concepts I present I did create some montage ones but I felt the largely drama based action of a film crew didn’t promote the horror visual punch best sell the film that they where after. So I came up with the concept of focusing on the figure of this religious leader from the legend and placing him over the old abandoned chapel as this would create more powerful visual to sell the film on.
