A rather risqué artwork for The German special edition release. Originally conceived as a lenticular 3D design for the packaging, I worked the characters on different perspective planes the main copulating couple would be the front then the logo and the flaming tombstone with zombie hands, behind that the two large zombies and Deaths Skeleton hands, then background zombies and finallydeath himself.

It was a request buy the distributor to lead with the more raunchy known image of the couple on the tombstone. I wanted quite a vibrate alternative colour pallet reflecting the blue of the sprit flames (as seen in the film), which then lead to purples for the zombies and a bright contrasting magenta for the sky, This then was perfectly offset with a yellow which I used for my title design.
